If you aren't happy with your purchase, notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we'll initiate the return process. After 10 days, you can do the same, but you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the item returned.

The SU is currently available and ships within 3-5 business days. Other products will be available for shipping starting fall/winter, with updates communicated as launches approach.

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Are the pieces modular or customizable?
Modularity and versatility are core to our design process. Many of our products — such as the Agate shelving system — are intentionally designed to adapt to a variety of spaces, needs, and lifestyles. While full customization isn’t currently offered, our goal is to serve users not just in one moment, but as their environments and routines evolve over time.
